劳动合同法表决通过新闻发布会通知

    全国人大常委会办公厅拟定于6月29日（星期五）下午4时在人民大会堂台湾厅举行劳动合同法新闻发布会，欢迎中外记者参加。 
 
    6月24日至29日，十届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议将继续审议劳动合同法草案，经十届全国人大常委会第十九次、二十五次、二十七次会议三次审议后，各方面对这部法律草案的意见已经比较一致，全国人大法律委员会建议本次常委会会议表决通过这部法律草案。如获通过，我们将邀请全国人大常委会法工委有关负责人就这部法律的有关问题回答记者提问。

Notice for Press Conference 
June 26, 2007 
 
 
A Press Conference on Labor Contract Law will be held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress(NPC) in Tai Wan Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 16:00 p.m, June 29, 2007.  
 
Journalists from at home and abroad are all welcome. 
 
From June 24 to 29, the Twenty-Eighth Session of the Tenth NPC Standing Committee will continue to review the draft labor contract law. After deliberation at the nineteenth, twenty-fifth and twenty-seventh sessions of the Tenth NPC Standing Committee, views on the draft law have been quite consistent. Therefore, the NPC Law Committee suggests the draft law be approved through voting by this session of the Standing Committee, and if the draft is approved, representatives from the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee will be invited to answer questions from the press over the law. 
 
Journalists interested in the press conference may sign up with the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee and take invitations and vehicle passes. The deadline is 17:00 p.m, June 28.
